Introduction To Hyperbaric Medicine Training Course

This course provides the knowledge of hyperbaric medicine to safely operate a hyperbaric chamber in accordance with current industry and regulatory standards. The Introduction to Hyperbaric Medicine training course has been developed with information in functional and safety instruction to allow applicants a sound foundation to operate a hyperbaric chamber in a hospital or private facility. 

Completion of this course does not constitute certification or credentialing.  

Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the course.

This course is available virtually if needed.

Safety Director Course

This course is designed for hyperbaric technologists, respiratory therapists, nurses, physicians, and department managers interested in furthering their knowledge of hyperbaric medicine and how to conduct safe hyperbaric chamber operations in accordance with current industry and regulatory standards.

This course covers material designed to prepare International Certified Hyperbaric Technologists for the role of Safety Director. It reviews all of NFPA-99 Chapter 20 (plus appendices) and is a must for an individual seeking to become a Safety Director at a hyperbaric medicine facility. Having a safety director is also a requirement for Facility Accreditation. 

Completion of this course does not constitute certification or credentialing. 

Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the course.
